Hello there, well, I thought it was time to start you thinking about getting some exercise again.  Over the early winter months the Out N About team put together a programme of events for 2004.  There's a brief outline below.  The exact details of the events will be emailed in advance of each event, in the usual manner.

To start the year off, we had a social event (since we never managed to have one at the end of last year) at Café Renoir Pizza on Botanic Avenue on Friday 6^th February - what a great night it was too.
